Over the past 16 years, I have had the opportunity to own and operate four businesses simultaneously, helping create over 1,100 jobs. In the beginning, I succeeded through brute force – my job was my life and I was happy to put in 12 hour days to ensure all the work was done on time. I am sure a lot of you understand this.
